通过B超观察肝脏疾病对胆囊的影响来理解“肝胆相表里”

Understand"Liver Sharing and Interior-exterior Relationship with Gallbladder" Through the Ultrasound Techniques

目的:了解肝脏发生疾病时对胆囊的影响,以此来理解中医"肝胆相表里"理论。方法:回顾性分析急慢性病毒性肝炎、肝硬化等肝脏疾病时胆囊的超声表现。结果:急慢性病毒性肝炎、肝炎后肝硬化、原发性肝Ca等肝脏疾病均可导致胆囊发生不同程度病理改变。肝血管瘤、肝囊肿、肝管结石对胆囊无明显影响。结论:肝与胆在生理病理上密切相关。不是所有的肝脏疾病都会发生"肝病及胆"的传变规律。

Objective：To understand the Chinese medicine theory＂ the liver sharing and interior-exterior relationship with gallbladder＂by evaluates the liver diseases affect to the gallbladder.Methods ：Observe the changes of gallbladder through ultrasound techniques when the liver happens diseases.Results ：Acute and chronic viral hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,primary liver cancer and so on liver diseases may cause the gallbladder to have the varying degree pathology change.Liver hepatic hemangioma,the liver hepatic cyst,the hepatolithiasis don＇t affect obviously to the gallbladder.Conclusion ：Proving the close relation between the liver and gallbladder in physiological and pathology.It is not all liver disease can cause the gallbladder to happen change.
