“培土生金”法析议

A Analysis and Discussion on "Pei Tu Sheng Jin"

收集清代以前各类医书中用"培土生金"法治疗的医案,运用频数统计和聚类统计方法,对其性别、年龄、主治病种症状、所用方剂、药味药量等进行分析,结果示:"培土生金"法以咳嗽、喘促、痰多、纳呆、便溏泄泻、乏力、烦热、形体消瘦、脉虚细数为主证,用药上重用补脾气药物同时也重视补脾胃阴和温中阳,治脾药物用量是治肺药物的2～3倍。

This paper collected various types of medical case using methods of＂Pei Tu Sheng Jin＂（enriching earth to nourish metal）from various books before the Qing Dynasty.It have analyzed their gender,age,and the symptoms of main treatment types,dosage and prescription with frequency statistics and clustering statistical methods.The results showed that the main treatment types of＂Pei Tu Sheng Jin＂（enriching earth to nourish metal）is to treat coughing,asthma,phlegm,torpid intake,diarrhea,fatigue,irritable,becoming thin,thin and fast pulse.It not only used medicine replenishing PiQi,but also attached importance to replenish PiWeiYin and warming ZhongYang.The dosage of medicine treating digestive diseases is 2～3 times more than that of lung diseases.
