痔疮术后中药口服疗效观察

Observation of Oral Decoction Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Patients Who Received Haemorrhoids Operation

目的:观察口服中药对痔疮术后患者恢复的作用。方法:符合痔诊断标准的患者176例,随机分为用药组90例与对照组86例。两组均给予术后常规外用药薰洗及局部换药,同时用药组给予口服中药治疗。观察疼痛、水肿消失的时间及术后创面愈合的时间。结果:用药组优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。

Objective：To observe the effect of the oral traditional Chinese medicine for the patients who received hemorrhoids operation.Methods：176 cases of patients who meet the clinic standard were chosen and randomly divided into treatment and control group.Cure by the same methods of the topica.The patients in the treatment group were given a decoction of traditional Chinese medicinal ingredients at the same time.Observe the time of the pain,the edema and the cicatrisation and analyze the difference.Result：The treatment group spends shorter time than the control group,it has a significant difference（P0.05）.
