发热患者护理体会

Feeling of Patients with Fever

目的:探讨发热患者的护理方法。方法:对186例发热患者进行分期、中医辨证、心理、口腔、皮肤等实施针对性的护理,预防并发症的发生。结果:经过3～7天的治疗和护理,体温下降至正常,未出现院内感染和严重并发症的发生。结论:对发热患者实施有效的治疗和精心的护理,能够减少并发症的发生和提高临床疗效。

Objective：To study the nursing of patients with fever.Methods ：186 patients with fever were phased,TCM,mental,oral,skin and so the implementation of specific care,prevention of complications.Results ：After 3～7 days of treatment and care,body temperature dropped to normal,does not appear serious nosocomial infections and complications.Conclusions ：On the implementation of effective treatment in patients with fever and careful nursing,to reduce complications and improve clinical efficacy.
