HPLC法测定参苏片中葛根素含量

Determination of Puerarin in Shensu Tablet by HPLC

目的:建立参苏片中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC方法对制剂中所含葛根素进行含量测定。结果:高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定葛根素,可达基线分离,葛根素对照品进样量在0.015～0.075μg内呈线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.33%(n=5)。结论:该法简便快速,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective：To determine puerarin in Shensu tablet.Methods ：Puerarin in Shensu tablet was separated and determined by HPLC.Results ：The concentration of puerarin was linear in the range of 0.015～0.075μg.The average recovery was 99.4%（n=5,RSD=0.33%）.Conclusion ：This method was sensitive,quick and accurate for the quatity control of this preparation.
