强直性脊柱炎是一种常见的风湿病,常可引起脊柱畸形和关节强直。现代医学缺乏有效治疗手段。中医药的辨证论治有一定优势。就近5年来强直性脊柱炎的中医辨证分型和微观化研究进展作出综述。

Ankylosing spondylitis（AS）is a common rheumatic disease,which can cause spinal deformity and arthrocleisis frequently.Modern medicine is short of efficacious treatment.Syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine has advantage on it.The review is to summarize progress on syndrome type and micro indexes based on syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in ankylosing spondylitis.
