摘要
目的观察高频电刀与Bio-oss骨粉联合应用于髓室底穿孔修补的临床效果。方法 58颗恒磨牙,其中35颗用高频电刀去除穿孔处肉芽组织,然后将Bio-oss骨粉和玻璃离子修补穿孔(治疗组),23颗用圆钻或刮匙去除穿孔处肉芽组织,用玻璃离子直接修补穿孔(对照组)。结果追踪观察2年,治疗组2年后成功率为91.4%%;对照组2年后的成功率为60.9%,治疗效果治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高频电刀与Bio-oss骨粉联合应用于髓室底穿孔的修补,其治疗效果理想,可为临床应用提供依据和参考数据。
Objective To explore the clinical effects achieved by jointly employing the high-frequcncy electric knife and bio-oss bone powders in dealing with the perforation of pulp botton. Methods There were 58 permanent teeth in total, among which 35(marked as Group A) were chosen to remove the extraneous granulation tissue by employing the high-frequency electric knife. Subsequently, the bio-oss bone powders and glass-ionomer were jointly used to deal with the perforated patch. Comparatively, the rest of the teeth, which contained 23 teeth(marked as Group B) altogether were designed to remove the granulation tissue with the help of a round drill or curette and then to repair the perforation with glass electronic knife in a direct manner. Results Follow-up surveys were conducted for two years. The results obtained showed that the success rate of Group A was 91. 4 %, while the success rate of Group 13 is 60.9 %. Conclusion While dealing with the perforation of pulp chamber, the clinical effects might be much better if doctors jointly employ the high-frequency electric knife and bio-oss bone powders instead of using the ordinary glass ionomer.
