摘要
对基于甲基环已烷(MCH)—甲苯(TOL)—氢(H2)的一对高度可逆反应的贮氢(简称MTH贮氢)技术进行了较系统的研究,利用考虑随车脱氢环境的MCH脱氢实验研究结果,对一种发动机功率为20kW的小型氢燃料车进行了初步设计,并对MTH贮氢技术进行了系统的能流和物流分析。结果表明,MCH随车脱氢供汽车氢燃料在小型汽车上应用是可行的,其贮氢系统的能效可达0.59。
Based on the reversible reaction:methylcyclohexanetoluene+3hydrogen,MTH hydrogen storage system is very atteractive to serve hydrogen as fuel for the auto.In this paper,the properties of the auto hydrogen fuel are described,the main parameters for the auto hydrogen fuel with the power of 20kW are preliminarily designed,and the energy flow and the material flow of the MTH system are analysed.The results show the auto hydrogen fuel based on MCH dehydrogenation on board seems to be feasible,and the MTH hydrogen storage system has a better energy utilization ratio up to 0.59.
