普通骨加松质微粒骨髓骨植骨治疗骨不连

THE CURATIVE EFFECTS OF GRAFTINE WITH NORMAL BONES AND BONE MARROW PARTICLES IN TREATING NONUNION OF BONES

目的探讨普通骨加微粒骨髓骨治疗骨不连的临床疗效。方法选择37例不同部位骨不连的患者,采用更换内固定、在普通植骨的基础上加松质微粒骨髓骨植骨治疗。术后定期随访,拍X线片复查。结果 37例患者均在10月内达到骨性愈合。结论普通骨加微粒骨髓骨治疗骨不连疗效确切,是治疗骨不连的一种有效方法 ,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effects of grafting with normal bone plus bone marrow particles on nonunion of bones. Methods 37 patients with nonunions of bones in different parts received internal fixation exchange, grafting with normal bone plus bone marrow particles. Regular postoperative follow-up surveys were conducted and x-ray examinations were given to the patients. Results 37 patients had 10 months to achieve bony union. Conclusion Grafting with normal bone plus bone marrow particles nonunion to treat nonunion of bones is effective and deserves to be used clinically.
