当前,由于国际上经济全球化和社会主义运动处于发展低潮,国内由于产业工人归属感的减弱和阶级意识的模糊,当代中国工人阶级的历史主动性已经有了相当程度的削弱。这是一个严重的信号和严重的问题。中国工会应当创新工作思路,采取坚决有力的措施,切实提升、强化中国工人阶级的历史主动性,使其保持清醒的阶级意识和坚强的革命意志,积极主动地应对改革开放出现的各种风险和考验,更加自觉地创造历史,为社会主义现代化事业和中华民族的伟大复兴发挥不可代替的主力军作用。

At present,the historical initiative of contemporary Chinese working class already has been weakened in some degree because of the economic globalization,the international development of the socialist movement at a low ebb,the belonging sense weakening of home industrial workers and the blur of class consciousness.China＇s trade unions should innovate working ideas,take firm and effective measures to effectively improve and enhance the historical initiative of Chinese working class,to maintain a clear revolutionary class consciousness and a strong,proactive response to a variety of risks and emerging test in the reform and opening up,to create more consciously history,and play an irreplaceable role of the main force for the cause of socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
