摘要
高校工会女干部应当适应新形势下高等教育发展的新形势,处理好事业与家庭等方面的关系,以自己的实际行动,向植根于社会文化深层的性别歧视挑战,自强不息,奋发进取,做好高校工会工作,为我国高等院校的升级与发展作出贡献。
College trade union women cadres should adapt to the new situation of higher education under the new situation,deal well with career and family relationships,with their concrete actions,challenge to the deep rooted social and cultural gender discrimination,with self-improvement,forge ahead,do well trade union work in university,and contribute to the upgrading and development of our institutions of higher learning.
