摘要
对从造纸废渣中提取的木质素与丙烯酰胺接枝改性进行了研究,并考察了各因素对改性效果的影响.混凝土测试结果表明:接枝改性的适宜条件为:丙烯酰胺单体的浓度为1.5 mol.L-1,过硫酸钾引发剂浓度为2.0×10-2mol/L,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为3 h.所得到的产品经检测,各项主要指标达到普通减水剂的国家标准(GB8076-2008).
This paper introduce the method of extracting lignin from paper waste slag,and the method of grafting modification lignin has been studied.The result showed that the feasible conditions were 1.5 mol/L of the acrylamide and 2.0×10-2 mol·L-1 of the initiating agent and 70 ℃ of the reaction temperature and 4 h on the reaction time.Various data indicate that the properties attain the national standard(GB8076-1997) through test.
