摘要
以乙二醇和丙烯酸为原料,采用酸醇直接酯化法合成出乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,并研究了催化剂用量、酸醇用量、阻聚剂用量以及反应时间对酯化反应的影响,确定了最佳合成条件:催化剂的质量分数为1.7%,酸醇摩尔比为2.5,阻聚剂用量:每摩尔丙烯酸(AA)中添加0.6~0.7 g,反应温度为90~100℃,反应时间为5 h.产物利用红外光谱和核磁共振谱进行定性分析.
Ethane-1,2-diyl diacrylate was synthesized by esterification reaction of ethylene glycol and acrylic acid.Effect of catalyst content,acrylic acid content,ethylene glycol,inhibitor content,reaction time on the reaction of esterification was studied.The optimum reaction conditions were discussed:catalyst dosage is 1.7% of the total mass,mole ratio of acrylic acid to ethylene glycol is 2.5,inhibitor dosage is 0.6-0.7 g/mol AA.the mixture is stirred at 90-100 ℃ for 5 h.The products were identified by IR and 1HNMR.
