This paper reveals two major errors of the repayment of average capital plus interest computing software in CCB,which will lead to the mortgagors to obtain non-entitlement benefits and the banks to suffer economic losses at the same time.This paper points out the reason in details,such as the apparently inadequate management of the bank.Finally,it proposes the bank to make improvements as soon as possible.
