摘要 目的对关于介入导向治疗影像设备进行研究。方法收集某三甲医院2005年1月至2009年10月间送检病理的40例患者的临床资料。40例心血管患者分为4组,分别为数字减影X线机、CT机、核磁共振机和常规X线机组。结果本组病例就诊后24h内即明确诊断者30例(75%),就诊后2~4d内明确诊断者10例(25%)。10例数字减影X线机中,平均显像时间5min,精确诊断出病情例数10例,诊断精确度为100%。10例CT机中,平均显像时间15min,精确诊断出病情例数8例,诊断精确度为80%。10例核磁共振机中,平均显像时间7min,精确诊断出病情例数9例,诊断精确度为90%。10例常规X线机中,平均显像时间25min,精确诊断出病情例数6例,诊断精确度为60%。结论入导向治疗影像设备中性能最高的为数字减影X线机。数字减影X线机、CT机、核磁共振机和常规X线机可称为四驾马车,四者有机地结合,使当前影像学检查既扩大了检查范围,又提高了诊断水平。 Objective To explore the molecular imaging technology in the cardiovascular clinical application.Methods A collection of top three hospitals from January 2005 to October 2009 between the submission of 86 patients with cardiovascular pathology in patients with clinical data.86 cases of cardiovascular patients were divided into two groups,CT group and the molecular imaging group.Results The patients within 24 h after treatment that is clearly diagnosed 70cases(81.40%),2~4d after treatment within a definite diagnosis in 16 cases(18.60%).43 patients with CT group,the mean imaging time of 20minutes,exactly the number of cases diagnosed 35 cases of illness,diagnostic accuracy of 70.89%.43 cases of Molecular Imaging group,the mean imaging time of 7 minutes,precisely the number of cases diagnosed 43 cases of illness,diagnostic accuracy of 100%.Conclusion Molecular imaging in cardiovascular clinical applications,the average imaging time is less than CT group,while the diagnostic accuracy is far higher than the CT group,and the patient injected dose of radioactive substances may also be a corresponding reduction in molecular imaging technologies should be vigorously promoted.
