摘要
针对我院门急诊病人在输注中药制剂过程中引起的32例不良反应进行分析后采取合理使用中药注射制剂;严把药液配置关;减少输液微粒;增加护理人员与患者的沟通,加强输液过程中的巡回与观察;提高护理人员的专业知识及对输液不良反应的应对能力等有效措施对因输注中药制剂发生的不良反应进行护理干预,达到减少不良反应的发生率,确保用药安全。
In view of my courtyard infusion of emergency patients in traditional Chinese medicine preparation course of their analysis of 32 cases of adverse reactions taken after the injection of the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine preparation;strictly liquid configuration Guan;Reducing fluid particles;to increase communication between nurses and patients to strengthen the infusion process and observation tours;to improve the professional knowledge and nursing staff of adverse reactions to the infusion of effective measures to deal with capacity due to infusion of traditional Chinese medicines adverse reaction occurred in nursing intervention,to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to ensure that drug safety.
