摘要
目的探讨饮食干预对治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法对150例缺铁性贫血患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例,对照组采用药物单一治疗,治疗组在药物治疗的基础上采取饮食干预。比较2组治疗后血常规、血清铁及总铁结合力。结果治疗组临床疗效及RBC、HGB、MCV、MCH、ST、TiBC均优于对照组,且P均<0.01,有统计学意义。结论通过药物治疗的同时进行饮食干预,临床疗效较好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the dietary intervention on the treatment of children with iron deficiency anemia.Methods 150 cases of iron deficiency anemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 75 patients in the control group using a single drug treatment,the treatment group taken on the basis of drug therapy dietary intervention.Comparing the two groups after treatment routine blood test,serum iron and total iron-binding capacity.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the RBC,HGB,MCV,MCH,ST,TiBC were better than those of the control group,and,P0.01,which was statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of the drug treatment and the dietary intervention has a better clinical efficacy which is worth promoting.
