摘要
目的采用整形外科处理方法和原则对面部损伤进行修复,最大程度的恢复患者的面部功能及形态。方法针对109例面部不同程度损伤的患者采用不同的修复方法 ,治疗原则以微创为主,进行彻底清创,伤口修整,精细缝合。结果 109例患者术后创口愈合良好,无感染,血肿,随访未发生瘢痕增生等并发症。结论在面部损伤急诊处理中,应用整形外科技术对患者面部功能及形态的恢复有很大的帮助。
Objective Using cosmetic surgery,treatment methods and principles of the facial soft tissue injury repair,to greatest degree of recovery in patients With facial features.Methods treat 109 patients with varying degrees of facial injury repair With different approaches under the principle of minimally invasive to conduct a thorough debridement,wound dressing,fine stitching.Results 109 patients With postoperative wound healed well without infection,hematoma,follow-up without complications such as scar formation occurs.Conclusion In the emergency treatment of facial injuries,it will be of great help to apply facial plastic surgery to restore function and morphology.
