新生儿肺炎克雷伯杆菌肺炎47例临床特点及耐药性分析

摘要 目的了解新生儿肺炎克雷伯杆菌肺炎的临床特征。探讨该菌的耐药情况。方法对2008年1月至2009年2月在我院新生儿科确诊为肺炎克雷伯杆菌肺炎47例患儿临床特点及药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果 47例中有37例伴有基础疾病。临床征状以咳嗽,唇周发绀,呼吸急促为主。47例中,超广谱-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)检测阳性克雷伯杆菌为20例,对多种抗生素均有交叉耐药性。所有检测菌株对氨基糖甙类、奎诺酮类、ESBLs抑制剂的复合抗生素及碳青霉类抗生素敏感率较高。结论新生儿肺炎克雷伯杆菌肺炎患者,多有伴随疾病,临床表现不典型。诊断依靠病原学检侧并结合临床表现和X线检查。治疗应根据药敏测定结果 ,合理选择有效抗生素,防止耐药菌株产生。
