依托咪酯脂肪乳剂用于老年患者麻醉诱导的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨国产依托咪酯脂肪乳剂用于老年患者麻醉诱导的临床效应及安全性。方法选择40例老年腹部手术患者,其中男24例,女16例;年龄65~80岁;体重45~80kg;ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分为2组:(1)试验组(n=20):国产依托咪酯脂肪乳剂组(E);(2)对照组(n=20):异丙酚组(P)。麻醉诱导E组:咪唑安定50ug/kg,依托咪酯0.3mg/kg,芬太尼2~4ug/kg,维库溴铵0.1mg/kg。P组:咪唑安定50ug/kg,异丙酚1.5~2mg/kg,芬太尼2~4ug/kg,维库溴铵0.1mg/kg。观察诱导前,诱导中,诱导后,插管即刻,插管后1、3、5、10min时的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)。结果 P组诱导及插管前后血流动力学改变较大,血压心率改变有差异性,E组较为稳定。结论依托咪酯脂肪乳剂用于老年患者麻醉诱导是安全有效的,对血流动力学的影响比异丙酚更轻。
