我国农业科技创新发展的问题及其对策探究

The Main Problems and Resolutions of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation in China

建设社会主义新农村是我们党各项工作的重中之重,当前我国正处于从传统农业向现代农业转变的关键时期,科技创新是我国实现农业现代化的关键因素,在推动农业发展、支持农村建设、带动农民增收等方面起着重要作用。本文拟阐述科技创新对社会主义新农村建设的重要作用,从农业科技的研发者、推广者和应用者三个角度指出当前我国农业科技创新发展中存在的不足和问题,并提出一系列合理化的对策和建议。

The development of a new socialist countryside is the key point of Chinese whole development,and we have brought forward the new target of translating traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Agricultural science and technology innovation plays an important role in promoting agricultural development,supporting for rural development and increasing the income of farmers.This article points out the main problems and resolutions of agricultural science and technology innovations from research,promotion and application three angles.
