摘要
本文通过对车用(包括工程机械)活塞式内燃机动力储备性能评价指标──扭矩适应系数Km和转速适应系数Kn及现有的扭矩曲线拟合公式分析,指出了它们所存在的不足,推导出了拟合精度较高的扭矩曲线经验方程,并以此为依据推导出了动力储备性能综合指标──理想功率特性系数KN计算式,为正确评价内燃机的动力储备性能提供了理论依据。
For piston type vehicle (including construction machinery) I.C. engines, the evaluationcriterion of power property (the characteristic factor of torque-load.Km and the accommodation factor ofspeed Kn) and the existing formula of torque curve fit have been found to be inadequate throughanalysis, and an experience equation of torque curve with higher goodness of fit has been derived. Onthis basis, a synthetic index of power reserve property, the theoretic power characteristic factor Kn hasbeen formulated, which has provided a theoretic criterion for correct evaluation of I.C. engine's powerreserve property.
