金纳米粒子自组装修饰电极测定脯氨酸

摘要 本文利用Au—S、Pt—N间强烈的相互作用,将L-半胱氨酸/金纳米粒子膜自组装在Pt电极表面。有效的利用金纳米粒子特殊的催化、传感作用,该电极在氨基酸氧化反应上体现出了显著的电化学催化作用,使脯氨酸的电化学测定更稳定,更精确。 In the paper, a composite electrode modified with L-Cys/GN membrane was prepared by using of the strong reciprocity of Au-S, Pt-N. Effective using of the catalysis and sensing function of the gold nanoparticle, and the modified electrod gave obvious electrochemical catalytic effect on the oxidation of amino acid, and made the electrochemical measurement of proline more stable and accurate.
