复方皂矾丸治疗甲状腺功能减退症性贫血的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of anemia of hypothyroidism with complex melanteritum pill

目的 观察复方皂矾丸治疗甲状腺功能减退症所致的贫血的临床疗效.方法 用前瞻性随机对照研究的方法,将纳入研究的病例分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（20例）.治疗组口服左旋甲状腺素钠片50μg,1次/d;复方皂矾丸,9粒/次,3次/d,持续服8周.对照组单纯口服左旋甲状腺素钠片50μg,1次/d.两组均不输血,不加用铁剂、叶酸、维生素B12等.结果 治疗组基本治愈率50.0%,总有效率80.0%;对照组基本治愈率30.0%,总有效率50.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 复方皂矾丸治疗甲状腺功能减退症所致贫血,副作用少,疗效好患者容易接受.

Objective To observe the curative effect of complex melanteritum pill in treating anemia of hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 50 patients were randomly recrutied into a control group（20 patients）and a treatment group（30 patients）.The treatment group was treated by Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets,50 μg qd,and complex melanteritum pill,nine pills/time,three times daily;while the control group was treated by levothyroxine sodium tablets,50 μg qd.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks,without blood transfusion,adding iron and folic acid and vitamin B12,etc;Results The basic cure rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 50.0%and 80.0%respectively;the basic cure rate and the total effective rate in the control group was 30.0%.and 50.0%respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups by comparison（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Complex melanteritum pill was effective in treating hypothyroidism with few side effects.
