摘要
介绍了锅炉管网传统补水工艺后，设计了采用变频调速器的微机自动补水系统实现恒压补水的工艺和闭环控制原理，给出了系统硬件电路及软件框图。对节电效果进行了分析。
This paper introduces a technological process of the constant pressure replenishing water system and a design of the micromputer controller, which used in a heating pipeline of some boiler workshop that was controlled by a microcomputer automatic replenishing water controller with an inverter. A hardware circuit drawing and a software structure drawing of this system are given. The save energy result of this system is analysed.
