脑磁图、磁源性成像在脑肿瘤中的研究进展
Progress in magnetoencephalography and magnetic source imaging on brain tumor
摘要
脑磁图是一种能无接触地检测脑组织内细胞活动的检查方法,能通过分析与脑表面呈正切方向的细胞内电流所产生的磁场类型来推断颅内兴奋源的所在位置。磁源性成像是把脑磁图同CT或MRI等影像信息进行叠加整合,形成脑功能解剖定位图,并能够准确反映脑功能的瞬时变化。目前,脑磁图及磁源性成像正逐步应用于神经系统疾病及精神疾病的定位与治疗研究中,且已在脑肿瘤的研究方面取得很大的进展,就脑磁图及磁源性成像在脑肿瘤中的研究进展作简要介绍。
