综述了有关热电联产的产业政策、财税政策、价格政策，分析了它们对热电企业主要经济指标的影响，提出了国家对热电联产优惠政策的建议。

The industry policy、the financial tax policy and the price policy about the heat and power combination is narrated, with the above mentioned policy, the effect on the main economic index is analysed. Proposed the suggestion about the preferential national policy of the heat and power combination.
