摘要
AtJ2是拟南芥中的一种分子伴侣,参与了许多重要的生命活动,但其具体的作用机制还不清楚。为进一步研究该蛋白的功能,我们构建了该基因的定位表达载体,拟对该基因在拟南芥中的定位进行研究。将该基因构建到带有绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)基因的质粒表达载体pB inGFP中,并将此重组质粒通过农杆菌介导转入拟南芥中,得到了转基因植株,为后续该基因的定位研究奠定基础。
At J2 is one of molecular chaperones, which involved in a number of important life activities, but little is known about the mechanisms of AtJ2. For further study of the protein, we constructed a vector to study thelocalization of At J2 in Arabidopsis. The gene was coloned into expression vector pBinGFP. The recombinant construct( pBinGFP- AtJ2P1 ) was transformed into Arabidopsis through Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain GV3101. The transgenic plant obtained is a foundation for the further research.
