摘要
采用微波法消解样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定秦巴山区中药厚朴根的皮﹑茎的皮及厚朴叶中Fe﹑Cu﹑Mn﹑Zn﹑Ni 5种微量元素的含量,优化仪器工作条件,使各元素的加标回收率在98.8%~108%之间,建立了快速简便,准确率高,精密度好的检测方法,用于标准样品和实际样品的分析和测定,结果令人满意.
A good method was studied for determining Cu.Fe.Mn.Zn,Ni in the skin of stem, the leaf and the skin of root of honokiol obtained from Qinba Mountains by AAS with microwave digestion. In the best conditions of instrument, the recoveries of standand addition of these analytical elements were in the range of 98.8% to 108%. The method is simple, rapid and convenient with high accuracy and good precision, and has been applied to the determination of actual samples with satisfactorily results. The results provided useful data for the further research onhonokiol.
