摘要
建立蜂蜜产地特征差异性的检测方法,采用湿法消解对3种蜂蜜进行处理,应用原子吸收法测定3种蜂蜜中的钾、钠、镁、铁、钙、铜、锌、锰的含量,使用分光光度法测定磷的含量,通过对若干元素进行对比,得出不同地区生产的蜂蜜中元素含量比例存在显著差异,测定的相对标准偏差为0.7%~3.9%,回收率为94.30%~111.26%.
Origin detection method of characteristic differences in honey was established.Honey from different places was digested with acid.The content of potassium,calcium,sodium,magnesium,copper,zinc,iron,manganese and phosphonium in honey were determined by spectrophotometry.Compared with the content of elements in honey from different places,the results showed that there was significant difference in content of some elements in honey that come from different regions.The relative standard deviation was 0.7%～3.9%,the recovery was 94.30%～111.26%.
