摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)的方法对破壁灵芝孢子粉中的生物碱和乙醚提取物进行了化学成分的分析.实验中,灵芝孢子粉的乙醚提取物经气相色谱共分离出39个峰,通过谱图检索和谱图解析,鉴定出24种化合物.有4种化合物是通过人工的谱图解析及其特征峰断定为胺醇类化合物.24种化合物中主要为烃、醇、醛、酯、酮等,但其相对含量均较低,绝大多数是脂类物质.对灵芝孢子粉的生物碱的GC/MS分析,没有检测到生物碱的特征峰.
GC/MS was used to analyze the chemical composition from sporoderm-broken spores Ganoderma lucidum.39 peaks were separated by gas chromatography and 24 kinds of compounds were identified by the corresponding mass spectrometry,including hydrocarbon,alcohol,aldehye,acid,ester and ketone.The major portion was ester and hydrocarbon,alcohol,aldehye,ketone were little.Alkaloids in the Ganoderma lucidum spores were also analyzed but not detected.The reason may be the content of alkaloid is so little,or the molecular weight of the alkaloid is so big that it can not be extracted with dichloromethane.
