摘要
随着计算机网络技术和现代通讯技术的不断发展,虚拟物流联盟逐渐成为物流行业发展的新趋势。针对虚拟物流联盟内外的各种风险因素,分析虚拟物流联盟风险物元的特征和形成原因,利用物元分析方法,计算风险物元特征量值,找出虚拟物流联盟所面临风险的主要物元特征,有针对性的提出一些控制策略,为虚拟物流联盟的风险规避提供依据和工具。
With the development of the computer network technology and modern communication technology,the virtual logistics alliance has gradually become a new trend in the development of the logistics industry.This article analyzes the matter-element characteristics and the reason of its formation,calculate the Feature value of risk logistics alliance with matter-element analysis method,so that to discover the main matter-element Feature of risk that Virtual Logistics Alliance meet,and pointed out the corresponding strategies of risk controlling,provided the basis and tool for the virtual logistics risk control.
