摘要
探索超声提取五叶地锦中总黄酮的最佳提取条件及含量测定。采用正交实验法确定超声提取五叶地锦中总黄酮的最佳条件,用分光光度法测定吸光度值并计算总黄酮含量。最佳提取条件为:温度50℃,50%乙醇,料液比1∶40,超声提取60min,总黄酮的提取率可达4.07%。五叶地锦中总黄酮含量较高,试验结果对五叶地锦中生物活性成分的开发利用具有一定意义。
To study the ultrasonic extraction conditions and monitor the content of flavonids in parthenocissus quinquefolia.The orthogonal experimental method was used to determine the best conditions for extraction of flavonoids in parthenocissus quinquefolia by using ultra-sonic.The content of total flavonoid was determined by using spectrophotometry.The optimum extract of total flavonoids was obtained under the conditions of 50℃,ratio of dry parthenocissus quinquefolia leaves to solvent 1:40,ethanol concentration 50% and for 60min.With the optimized technologyt,he content of total flavonoids in the final product was 4.07%.Flavonids content of parthenocissus quinquefolia is high,which is of important significance for the further development and utilization of the biological active component in parthenocissus quinquefolia.
