中西医结合治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效观察

Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine for community-acquired pneumonia

目的 观察中西医结合治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效.方法 选择2009年1月-2009年12月在我院就诊的社区获得性肺炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药参芪健脾合剂,观察两组患者的临床疗效及中医症候的改变.结果 治疗组显效率及总有效率分别为：52.5%、87.5%,均高于对照组（分别为：20.0%、60.0%）,两组比较P〈0.05 两组在症状改善方面的比较,除肺部啰音外,其余指标治疗组均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 中西医结合方法治疗社区获得性肺炎临床疗效较好,值得推广.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine for community-acquired pneumonia. Methods From January 2009 to December 2009, 80 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly assigned to receive conventional antibiotic therapy alone （control group）, or the same therapy plus traditional Chinese medicine Shenqi mixture （study group）. The efficacy of the therapies and the symptoms and signs were observed in all the patients. Results The efficiency and total efficiency were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （52.5% vs. 20.0% and 87.5% vs. 60.0%,P〈0.05）. The study group was superior to the control group in the improvement of symptoms and signs except for pulmonaryrales. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine for community-acquired pneumonia achieves a better efficacy and is worth popularizing.
