芬太尼透皮贴剂应用于晚期肿瘤患者镇痛效果观察及护理

The analgesic effect of Duragesic in patients with advanced cancers and the corresponding nursing measure for those patients

目的 观察芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗中重度癌痛的疗效及护理效果.方法 将120例中重度癌痛患者随机分为两组,其中60例为对照组采用传统镇痛方法,疼痛剧烈时肌注盐酸吗啡注射液,60例为实验组采用芬太尼透皮贴剂外贴皮肤.观察和比较两组的镇痛效果、不良反应及生活质量.结果 实验组镇痛效果略优于对照组,差异无显著意义,而实验组生活质量改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论 芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗中重度癌痛效果好,应用方便,同时采取恰当的护理措施可明显提高疗效,减轻或避免不良反应的发生,提高了晚期癌症患者的生活质量.

Objective To observe the efficacy of Duragesic for medium or severe cancer pain and to explore the corresponding nursing measure. Methods 120 patients wih moderate or severe cancer pain were randomly assigned to receive conventional analgesic therapy with injections of morphine （control group, 60 patients）, or Duragesic applied on the skin （study group, 60 patients）. The analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the different therapies and quality of life in patients were compared between the two groups. Results The analgesic effect was slightly better in the study group than in the control group but did not differ significantly. While the study group was superior to the control group in the improvement of quality of life （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Duragesic has a better effect on moderate or severe cancer pain and is convenient to use. Corresponding nursing measures can markedly increase the efficacy, decrease or even avoid adverse reactions, and improve quality of life in patients with advanced cancers.
