天麻素治疗脑外伤后综合征疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察天麻素治疗脑外伤后综合征临床疗效。方法将46例脑外伤后综合征患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予天麻素注射液600mg加入0.9%氯化钠溶液250ml中静脉滴注;对照组用脑复康0.8g,3次/d,安神健脑液10ml,2次/d。2组均治疗2周。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为91.7%、63.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻素治疗脑外伤后综合征疗效显著。
