摘要
手持数字存储示波表在野外和现场测试中应用广泛,示波表模拟信号调理单元关系到示波表带宽和垂直测量精度,是示波表的关键电路单元。基于无源衰减网络、MAXIM公司MAX4534、MAX4518多路复用器以及EL5160、MAX4012低功耗、高速宽带运算放大器,给出数字存储示波表模拟信号调理单元的完整设计方案。该方案具有可程控、具备故障保护功能、耐高电压输入、垂直通道测量误差小于1%、电路带宽可达100 MHz、电路简单等特点,具有很高的实用价值。
Hand-hold digital scopemeter is applied widely in both field work and spot test. The scopemeter's analog signal conditioning unit is closely related to its bandwidth and vertical measurement accuracy and thus is a key unit of the scopemeter. In this paper,a complete design for scopemeter's analog signal conditioning unit is presented, which is based on passive attenuation network, MAX4534&MAX4518 multiplexers and ELS160&MAX4102 low power, high-speed operation amplifier. The design features such multiple merits as programmable control, fault-protected, vertical measurement error is less than 1%, 100MHz bandwidth as well as simple circuit, which exhibits very high practical value.
