摘要
为了采用全自动电控式风门互锁系统替代老机械式风门系统,设计一种适合平衡隔断矿井下侧巷道气流的风门自动互锁控制系统。该系统设计采用微处理器通过光敏传感器感应行人佩戴的矿灯的方式实现风门的自动打开及关闭,通过RS485串口通信交互两风门状态信息实现风门互锁功能,并具有关门语音提示、手动开关以及定期自动除尘等功能。该系统设计经多次风门匹配试验以及优化改进,完全达到设计性能技术要求,并具有性能稳定、成本少、功能全、结构简单等优点。
This paper designed a control system for balancing and obstructing airflow in side laneway of mines that can automatically open and close air doors under interlocking them. The system controlled by an embedded microprocessor realizes air-door automatic switch through the method of photosensitive sensor inducting the light of miner's lamp worn by pedestrians, interlocks the air doors, emit sound notice when a air door is closed. It can indicate the status of the other air door by indicator lights. In addition, in order to allow mine cars to pass air doors successfully and enhance the adaptability & reliability of the system, it has added manual switch function and automatic dedust on set time.
