摘要 根据高可靠性LED路灯主要性能要求,设计一款输出恒压恒流驱动LED路灯的开关电源。详细描述该电源的结构及工作原理。该电源采用高频隔离变压器,PFC控制器件L6561和运算放大器构成电压电流双反馈系统。该系统设计将PFC技术、DC/DC变换与整流技术相结合,既保证较高的功率因数,改善电网影响,又保证高效率,且控制简单,可靠实用,因而具有一定的应用价值。测试结果表明该系统设计在输入电压变化的情况下,可实现24 V的恒压输出以及1 A的恒流输出。 This paper designs a type of switching power supply for LED lamp that has constant voltage and constant current function based on the main driver LED power performance requirements. The structure and principle of the system is analyzed in this paper in detail. The system uses high-frequency isolation transformer,PFC chip L6561 and operation amplifier, to realize voltage feedback plus current feedback.This paper attempts to associate PFC technology with DC/DC converter and rectifier technology, to work out a novel switching power supply with higher efficiency and low contamination, which both achieved high power factor, improved effecting on electrical network and ensured high efficiency, furthermore, it is easy to be realized and controlled in circuit. The experimental results show that the system achieves combination of constant current 1A and constant voltage 24V export with input voltage proved numerically.
