摘要
介绍1.5MW水冷风力发电机的冷却系统结构及其计算过程,计算时综合考虑了水阻、水量、环境条件等因素对电机水路的影响。通过合理的计算、优化及电机冷却系统,使结构更加合理,该计算有效地应用于生产实际中,解决了实际生产制造过程中风力发电机的散热问题,降低电机温升。
This paper introduces the structure for cooling system of a 1.5MW water-cooled wind generator and its calculation process complexly considering influence of the water resistance,water quantity and environment condition on the water channels of motor.By reasonable calculation,the cooling system of generator is optimized and structure of it is more reasonable.This calculation method can be of effective use for production practice to solve heat dissipation of wind generator in actual manufacturing process and reduce temperature-rise of motor.
