As China＇s economic development,the rapid development around the urban construction,construction management has got more and more attention not only to the pursuit of profit and progress but also to meet the quality and safety requirements.Aiming at the complexity and importance of construction project management,this critical issue was expounded and in order to improve the level of construction management,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures,to make construction management achieve good economic returns,there is some reference.
