Countermeasures on Enhancing the Core Competence of Higher Vocational College

核心竞争力的内涵是别人无法取代的特色优势能力。实现一流院校,协调持续科学发展,必须提高核心竞争力。改革管理体制和运行机制,增强发展活力和自主创新能力;加强人才队伍建设,发挥人才的特色能力、优势能力、创新能力、综合能力和核心能力;产学研合作办学,提高抗风险能力;培养合格学生,提高就业率,是提高核心竞争力的主要对策。

On the basis of expounding the essence and importance of core competence,main countermeasures are put forward on enhancing the core competence of vocational colleges：firstly,to reform mechanisms of management system,adhere to the people-oriented principle,mobilize people＇s initiative to increase the vitality and development of independent innovation capacity;secondly,to strengthen the building of human resources,improve professional levels,display talented person＇s characteristic ability,superiority ability,innovation ability,synthesizing capacity and core competencies;thirdly,to run colleges by the combination of manufacture,study and research,mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of enterprises,associations and society by using policies and laws,develop higher vocational education by multi-win-win situation;lastly,to train qualified students,reform teaching models,contents and methods to improve their knowledge,ability,quality and employment rate.
