摘要
加强团队建设,实现信息资源与智慧的共享,可以为个体创造更加广阔的发展空间,科研团队构成可以分领头人、核心层、辅助层三个层面,团队目标要做到明确、切实可行,且有一定的挑战性。团队是一个"松散型"组织,在团队建设过程中,要尊重个人兴趣,维护个人利益,正确分析和看待成员在工作上的失误,坚持民主、团结、公平的原则以及理解、尊重、信任的态度,不断提高团队的凝聚力和归属感,努力创造比、学、赶、帮的良性竞争,谨忌功利主义。
Strengthen team construction,realize the sharing of information resources and wisdom,which can create more broad space for the development of individuals.Research team can be divided into three levels,the leader,the key members,and the subsidiary members.The targets of the team should be clear,feasible and challenging.The team is a loose organization,and in the process of construction,we should respect individuals' interests,protect their interests,analyze and treat their mistake correctly,adhere to the principle of democracy,solidarity,fairness and the attitude of understanding,respect,trust,and improve constantly the attitude of the team cohesion and the sense of belonging,create the healthy competition of competition,learning,catching up and help,avoiding utilitarianism.
