沙生灌木——柠条是优良的固沙植物,其平茬枝条可用来制备生物质成型燃料。由于灌木柠条韧性高,难于切断,从而影响了柠条削片的质量,成为制约成型燃料制备的瓶颈。就影响柠条削片的切削转速、切削间隙和材料含水率三个因素做了相关试验,其结论是:①切削转速和含水率对灌木柠条的削片质量有高度显著的影响,而切削间隙对其基本没有影响;②三因素对柠条削片质量的影响顺序为:R切削转速>R含水率>R切削间隙;③切削灌木柠条的合理参数为:切削转速≥957r/min、切削间隙为1mm,柠条采集后,应在室温下干燥一个月以上,使其含水率在16%左右为宜。
Sandy shrub -caragana korshinskii is an excellent sand-fixing plant and its cutting branches can be used to process biomass moulding fuel. Its high toughness makes it hard to cut off, which affects the quality of caragana korshinskii chip and becomes a bottleneck restricting biomass briquette fuel preparation. Some relevant experiments are made to study chipping speed, cutting gap and material moisture content. The results are that (1) the influence of cutting speed and moisture content on the quality of caragana korshinskii chip is highly noticeable, but cutting gap has no effect on it; (2)The influence sequence of the three factors from strong to weak is cutting speed, moisture content and cutting gap; (3)The rational parameters of cutting caragana korshinskii are : cutting speed, 957r/min; cutting gap, 1mm; and moisture content is around 16%. In order to achieve such moisture content, caragana korshinskii should be dried at room temperature for more than a month after being collected.
