摘要
基于ANSYS软件,通过对线切割电极丝各工况所做的有限元模态分析,研究其张力、导轮间电极丝的跨度以及工件的作用等因素对电极丝的模态频率和振型的影响规律,从而为抑制电极丝的振动提供理论依据。
Based on ANSYS software, and through finite element modal analysis of the wire electrode under various working conditions in linear cutting process, The law of the influence of electrode wire tension, the span of wire electrode between idler pulleys and the rote of work pieces on modal frequency and vibration modes of wire electrodes is studied, which provide a theoretical basis for suppressing the vibration of wire electrodes.
