摘要
采用Cr24Ni7N钢及Cr25Ni20铸造钢材,加入0.01%~0.10%金属元素La或Ce后,在中频炉中进行冶炼。结果表明,在钢中加入适量金属Ce或La,可显著地提高各种耐热钢的蠕变强度,断裂时间延长2倍以上,研制的Fe-Cr-Ni-Al耐热合金钢种在1 250℃时具有优良的力学性能和高温抗氧化性能。
0.01%~0.1% metallic element La or Ce is added to steel Cr24Ni7N and steel Cr25Ni20 and smelted in medium fequency induction furnace.The result shows that after adding moderate Ce or La to steel,the creep resistance of heat-resisting steel improved significantly,and breaking time expand more than double,heat-resisting and alloy steel Fe-Cr-Ni-Al developed has excellent mechanical properties and resistant to heat and oxidationproperties.
