摘要 给水涂塑钢管的加工设备自动化程度不高,特别是工艺中决定产品质量的重要因素温度长期得不到控制,致使产品质量得不到有效保障。为了提高涂塑钢管的质量同时节能环保,设计了涂塑设备温度自动控制系统,较好地解决了涂塑工艺中关键的温度控制问题。 The processing equipment of plastic-coating steel is advancing, the temperature of processing technology that affect the quality of products never is controlled, product quality can not be effectively guaranteed. The coated device temperature control system is designed in order to improve the quality of the coated pipe and to save energy and protect environment, the temperature control problem of the coated critical processing technology is solved very well.
