带式输送机用自动变速器液压换挡控制系统研究

Research on Hyraulic Gearshift Control System of Auto-Transmission in Belt Conveyor

为改善带式输送机的起动特性,使传动装置具有较好的动特性,延长工作机构的使用寿命。提出在带式输送机上应用自动变速器液压控制技术,并详细阐述了带式输送机用自动变速器换挡控制液压系统的工作原理。

In order to improve the starting characteristics of belt conveyor, led gear has better dynamic characteristics and extend the life of working bodies.This paper puts forward a new auto-transmission hydraulic control technology used in belt conveyor,and introduces the principle of the hyraulic gearshift control system of automatic transmission in belt conveyor.
