摘要
选煤厂传统的排矸索道制动液压站压力控制,采用压力继电器作为控制器件,经常出现液压站压力不稳定、油泵和电机使用寿命短、闸皮频繁更换等现象,以霍州煤电集团公司的选煤厂为例,根据实际情况,将变频调速技术引入液压站控制系统,改造后的液压油站系统提高了设备运行的可靠性,获得了较好的经济效益。
