摘要
以防爆柴油机为动力的WC80EJ型支架搬运车是综采工作面重型液压支架快速搬家、倒面的重要设备。鉴于目前国内现有的煤矿井下防爆柴油机车辆安全保护系统存在诸多不足与弊端,介绍了WC80EJ型支架搬运车柴油机安全保护系统的整体设计,并给出此系统的硬件组成、工作原理、功能特点及其优点。现场运行表明,系统性能可靠。
WC80EJ type bracket convey vehicle ,which is based on flameproof diesel engine as power, is the important equipment which applies to rapid conveyance for heavy hydraulic support on the comprehensive mechanized coal mining face. According to all kinds of shortages for domestic existing mine-used diesel motorcycle safety protection system is in existence, introduces the whole design of diesel engine protection device for WC80EJ type bracket convey vehicle in detail. The hardware, working principle,function characteristics and merits for the protection system are also given. Practical result testified that this system has been running reliability.
